Derail: Raspberry Sour

Our Derail Series includes the traditional Berlinerweisse and other sour beer styles, and often benefit from additions of fruit purées. With roots in Belgian “wild yeast” brewing and German regional styles, kettle souring is a popular method of bringing beers down to a lower pH level. 

Pale sour wheat ale, clean lactic sourness with refreshing raspberries.
