The first beer in the world brewed with Lactobacillus Helveticus from Lallemand, Sans Serif displays a balanced acidity and a bright profile of lemon and melon. We noticed Lacto Helveticus provided a less sharp acidity than other strains of lacto, and instead spreads the tartness over your palate throughout the sip. Clean rinsing and refreshing.
